Returns are accepted for any reason. Just open a return and choose any option… you will receive a postage paid return shipping label to send it back to us.

We will test the LCD on the day of shipment and pack it safe and secure in a crush proof box with anti static bags so it gets to you ready to install.

With that said please pack it well and send us back our LCD (we make a secret mark on a hidden location with a specialized marker that can never be removed…if we receive an LCD without that mark we will refuse the return and return the LCD to you without a refund (if you provide a return label).
