Handling

Handling time is 2 days.  No shipping on weekends.  Items purchased on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.  No shipping on holidays.  


Shipping

I ship most clothing items in poly mailers through USPS.  Larger or heavier items will be boxed.   In most cases you have the option of ground shipping, which is less expensive but takes longer OR priority shipping, the faster but costlier option.  Keep in mind that I don’t have any control over shipping once I hand the item to the post office.   I know it can be frustrating when your purchase experiences a shipping delay, but it is outside of my control since USPS has taken physical possession of the package and has the responsibility to deliver it to you.  


I will only ship to the address connected to your account so please verify your address before ordering.  


Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of purchase (please, the sooner the better), but the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (original order shipping plus return shipping).  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  I require all items to be returned in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.  Please no washing or wearing items you wish to return.  Once I receive the return, I will issue a refund for price of the item.
