- Rare Antique Oakley Juvenile Soap and Perfumery Company Small Wood Box Old C11
- By looking at the label, it makes me think that this was the box for a small bottle of perfume, and "Juvenile" was the name of the perfume, but I may be wrong, and maybe it was just a box for soap.
- When I first got this, I thought it was maybe 1920's or 1930's, but all the Oakley bottles I found online said they were from the 1870's to 1890's, so maybe this is older than I think. It also comes with a blue piece of tissue paper, which was in it when I found it (may have been put in the box after the fact, not sure). Please look at all the photos to determine the age of this piece for yourself.
- Size: about 4 1/8 inches wide by 3 inches in depth, with a height closed of 1 1/2 inches.
- Condition: age/use wear, wood wear, 1 screw/pin missing in one of the hinges, the hasp part may be missing a piece, base wear, scratches, etc. (see photos).
