*** Shipping prices are set and determined per weight and size by the shipping companies. eBay also takes a percentage of the shipping costs (if Buyer pays) as part of the Seller's transaction fees...I try to make sure the shipping cost is noted on the mailing label for the Buyer to see the actual cost (the mailing label will not show the additional insurance price paid by Seller if item/s are over $100). If I am able to downsize the shipping box and still give the item some shipping protection, the shipping price may go down. If I can get the price down by a couple dollars or more, I will refund the difference to the Buyer (if shipping is paid by Buyer). Sometimes one of the other shipping companies can be cheaper, if I the Seller am paying for some or all of the shipping, I may change to that company... If the Buyer is paying for all of the shipping, I will reach out and ask you (the Buyer) for your direction. If I don't hear back in a timely manner, I will go with what was stated in the listing.
