Follow these steps on how to replace your Mazda key fob battery with ease:

1. Remove the Mechanical Key: Press the auxiliary key button on the back of the key fob to release and remove the metal key.
2. Open the Key Fob: Use a flathead screwdriver, paperclip, or coin. Insert it into the slot on the side of the key fob and gently twist to pry open the case.
3. Replace the Battery: Remove the old battery and insert the new battery with the positive (+) side facing up. Snap the key fob halves back together, reinsert the mechanical key, and test the fob to ensure it works properly.
