Antique double inkwell featuring a Victorian design from the 19th century. The 4 feet show a unique figural face, depicting Louis XV.

Possibly  made in France and designed by Val D'Osne?  It has 2 removable small glasses containers with brass lids measuring about 2.5" tall, including lid, 1.5" with out lid x 2" wide, the middle brass inkwell is about 1.75 tall and 1.75" wide. The tray measure 9" in length x 5" wide and 1.25" tall. Tray is marked at the bottom with the letter V and letter c.
