If any Steelbooks are returned to me in the same factory seal as shipped to you, with no damage, you will receive a refund. If NOT, and it is damaged or opened, you will receive store credit at the value of worth for open Blu-Ray/DVDs at that time which is less than what you paid for a sealed Blu-Ray/Dvd.

Since these are all factory sealed, we cannot see what is under the factory seal.
