📦 Complete Starter Package

Everything below is included with the frame.

We have decided to supply the main fitting parts together because we found with our previous batch that some customers struggled to source the correct seat, bottom bracket and rear shock separately.

This package gives you a much easier starting point for your build.

🪑 Seat Seat supplied with the frame so you have the correct matching setup ready to begin your build.

🔩 120mm Bottom Bracket Good-quality bottom bracket with smooth, good-quality bearings.

🌀 280mm Rear Shock Rear shock supplied together with the required fixings for installation.

This is a budget shock, but it works well and is supplied to get your bike built and up and running.

You can easily upgrade to a higher-specification shock in the future if you feel it is necessary.

💡 Why We Now Include These Parts

      From our previous batch, we found that some customers were struggling to
      find the correct bottom bracket, rear shock and associated parts.

      Because of this, we have decided to include these components as standard
      to make the frame much easier to build.

      This means you receive a much more complete starting package rather than
      having to spend time sourcing several specialist parts separately.

📏 Rear Dropout Compatibility

The frame has an approximate 190mm rear dropout spacing.

It can also be used with a 175mm rear hub setup.

When using a 175mm hub, you will generally need to use additional spacers to correctly centre and position the rear wheel.

The steel frame also has some natural flexibility and can be pulled in by approximately 5mm per side where required during setup.

Always ensure the rear wheel is correctly centred and the axle is fully seated in the dropouts before tightening.

⚡ Motor Builds

The frame can be used as the foundation for a wide range of custom E-Bike builds.

If fitting a high-power hub motor, always use appropriate torque arms and ensure the motor axle and dropout installation are secure.

Higher-powered custom builds place considerably greater loads on the frame, dropouts, brakes and other bicycle components.

🔧 Build Information

This is a DIY frame package intended for customers who are comfortable assembling and setting up their own bicycle.

A full bicycle build manual is not supplied.

You will still need to select suitable forks, wheels, brakes, drivetrain, handlebars, stem, electrical components and other parts depending on your individual build.

If you are unsure about bicycle assembly or component compatibility, we recommend using a competent bicycle mechanic or E-Bike technician.
