Here we have a beautiful and good quality English solid sterling silver wine taster, it has been beautifully made with the handle being cast in the form of two Serpents / beasts and the bowl being embossed with a love heart design, fabulous workmanship and purposely designed to do the job of wine tasting. 

A quality drawstring felt bag will be supplied with the taster to protect when not in use.

The gauge of the silver used in this tester of a good heavy gauge weighing 43.7  grams and silver has a brilliant deep shine.

The Hallmarks are stamped in the base of the tester ( face side ) very clear and easy to readable, date letter r is a little shallow.

Excellent condition, No nasty dents, dints, or scratches, no buckles twists or breakages, some very light surface marks to the tasting bowl commensurate with age, ( very light )
