This came out in 1984, and were made for a few years in this design, which was the first battery powered hammer drill available to the UK market and now something of a collectors item

This has been in my loft for about 20 years, i'm having a clearout.....

I cleaned the battery contacts up and charged the battery and to my amazement it charged up and holds a charge after around 40 years!

Tested on hammer and still working fine

Variable speed switch and forward / reverse working also

Nice tidy condition, especially considering it's age!

As this is old I cannot offer any guarantee battery will last under use however and sold as a collectors item
