This is THE LITTLE BUDDHA MEDITATION BOX / kit, everything you need to start a gentle meditation practice and peace ritual.
Each Little Buddha Box contains:
1. A set of miniature Tibetan prayer
flags, 10 of them on a little string. These are really cute and tiny, and have the mantra 'Om Ma-ni Padme hum' (Blessed is the Jewel in the Lotus) printed on the flags.
2. A rudraksha seed 108 bead small prayer bead mala.
3. A double sided amulet pendant with the Dalai Lama on one side, and a Buddha, Tibetan deity or temple on the other side. PLEASE NOTE: THE IMAGE WILL VARY ON THESE AND ARE RANDOM.
4. A piece of Tibetan Incense.
5. A scroll with full instructions and hints on how to perform this ritual and how to meditate.
