This 57 year old guitar still has pretty good action to about the 8th fret.. 

If you do in close fingerpicking style above that, it's a bit high.   

Priced Accordingly, you can pay twice this for one of these, with the neck reset.. 

[so don't try  t knock the price down because it needs a neck reset.,. please]

No cracks, a bit of light scuffing. .  pretty clean guitar...
