Ozark National Scenic Riverways is a unit of the National Park Service that protects 80,000 acres surrounding and including the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers in southern Missouri. 1.3 Million recreational visits are estimated yearly, including  the watersports of kayaking, canoeing, inflatable rafts and tubes, and motorized boating. Hunting, hiking, fishing, and birdwatching are also enjoyed and encouraged.
