Boyd Art Glass Hen on the Nest. This is the large 5 inch size. I believe this to be daffodil as the color matches up, and the date matches up. The other yellow one in this time period is custard which I also have, and it isn’t as bright as this one. This is a very bright yellow under daytime light and a bright orange color under uv lighting. 

Made in the USA. 

There are no chips or cracks and the item is in excellent displayed only condition. It does have very minor mold edge roughness typical for hand pressed vintage glass. 

Each and every one of my Boyd items are genuine Boyd. They all have the maker’s mark on them. 

The hen pictures show the exact item you are bidding on photographed by me under several types of lights. This one glows really bright under uv lighting which the camera doesn’t pick up well. It is a very vivid orange/yellow under uv. The purple glare spots are from the camera picking up the blacklight. You do not see that under uv lighting.
