I'll be away for the last week in February.  So if purchased, I can't ship before March 1.

----------- ----------- ----------- ----------- ---------- ---------

This is a Nice OLD One, but it probably needs a little work to be fully operational.

It's a Nice example of a 100+-year old Used camera---  it's the "chimney hood" Curtain Aperture type that Margaret Bourke-White used for all those great Depression era photos.  It's an Autp Graflex Large Format 3 1/4 X 4 1/4 inch Camera----  made from about 1910 through the 1920's--- I don't know exactly when (but I expect you will.)  That lens is a Bausch & Lomb Zeiss Tessar Ic.  It also comes with a Cut Sheet Film Pack Holder---  no film included.

It's in Very Good Condition overall--- it has some are wear, scuffs, scratches, and some spots of paint wear---- normal age patina/wear and tear.   But all the leather is there and the handle is solid and it has nice patina on the metal parts. The various latches seem to work as far as I can tell, to get it opened and closed.  The Curtain Shutter is works--- it will travel at different settings and the curtain material is smooth.   Naturally, it has Not been fully tested or tested for pinholes, so it's a bit of question mark.

The Hood is in Very Nice condition---   no major damage that I can see.  It pops up well and is in solid shape---- it still works well.   The Hood Ground Glass is complete, but needs some cleaning.   The LENS glass is mostly clean--- mostly clear all the way, No major haze or glue separation, but with a hint of foggy-ness and some dust specs that I see.    The aperture works fine--- no oil, and the focus rack moves freely.  The only thing detrimental that I see is the lens board looks like it was cracked and it has been glued.

The film holder in very good condition, although no guarantees on how well it works.

So consider it a collectible, or an Excellent candidate for a rehabilitation to use.  Please don't expect it to be like new---- it has some issues, both known and unknown--- I might have missed something.   What you see is what you'll get--- the actual item for sale is pictured--- please check them all out.

Continental US Shipping will be $14.50.  I will ship the next day after purchase.   It will be packed well and safe.   International Shipping via the ebay program.

PLEASE READ THIS---  PLEASE READ THIS--- By Buying you Agree with this:   I am not Amazon or a professional Camera Store seller--- just an old camera collector/shooter selling some Used items.  I'm not here trying to rip anybody off or sneak one past you.    But that said... I'm not into having things go back and forth based on opinion, or risk "part swapping" either.  So I'm sorry, I can't sell this item on Approval--- it's being sold As Is, No Warranty, No Buyer's Remorse, No Try-outs, No Returns... being sold for collectible purposes,  good condition but with possible flaws---- not like new.   I've been a photographer for 40+ years and I know how cameras work and what to look for and can recognize when something is broken.  But I can't "Bench Test" every thing to factory specs and unless it's Brand New... I can't guarantee that every single aspect may be Perfect.  Any significant defects that I know of are either pictured or described to the best of my knowledge and I try to be detailed and truthful, but I can't describe every every millimeter of it--- and I might have missed something.   If you have a question about something particular--- Ask Before You Buy It.  What you see is what you'll get and I package my items well, so it arrives in the same condition as shown.

SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR MORE Interesting Items---- I'll be selling a large portion of my camera collection over the next few months, so check back and/or tell me what you're looking for.    If you have questions about this or other items or combined shipping or other discounts---- please ask...
