<Packaging> 

For the photo card, put it in a protective sleeve and then put it in a plastic case. (Boxed products will be put in separate sleeves and plastic cases.) Finally, put it in a safety bag with an air cushion so that the card can be delivered safely without being damaged.

<Payment >

We only accept a payment through Ebay Customs & Tax 

Customer will be responsible for custom and tax charges.

<Shipping>

- All orders except pre-orders will be shippd out from South Korea through various shipping companies (Fedex, Korea post, etc.) within 3 business days. (Pre-orders will be shipped out within 3 business days upon arrival of the pre-order items at the office.) 

- Shipping costs vary depending on the country, region and delivery method. On the [Shipping and Payment] page, You can check the shipping price by selecting your country of delivery to view each available shipping option.

- We do combined shipping for several orders to the same destination, and the combined shipping discount isautomatically applied to additional purchases of eligible items in our store. Please add multiple items to the cart and pay at once. If the discount is not confirmed after payment please send me a message with the order number. We will reply within 24 business hours. 

We highly recommend standard shipping and express shipping, which usually takes less than economy shipping.

-With Tracking number Expedited Shipping : 2 - 14 days

The photocard is 100% new conditions. In case of prints, There can be minor marks, imprints, scratches and press marks due to material characteristics because several pieces are in the same album, same page. Due to printing errors under manufacturing process problem, the photocard may look slightly different because of minute pixel differences. We hope your understanding. 

Pictures taken directly are exposed on the main image in listing page. Please refrain from requesting additional photos. Preorder will be shipped out after the release date once we receive the items.
