Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Are these authentic? Yes,
of course. Look at my feedback. Look at the close up pictures of
labels. People know this brand and my customers know better than to buy
counterfeits.
2. But I have a TB shirt and the wash tags on mine are different? TB
shirts have been manufactured in different years, different countries
for different markets and different labels. Not all genuine shirts have
the same labels.
3. How can you price genuine items so low?
I have a few New Old Stock TB shirts left. I was able to buy them
relatively inexpensively several years ago. Smaller sizes are even less
expensive because I am a US seller and in the US market a TB00, TB0,
and TB1 are all very small sizes and have a low demand.
4. What is the deal with TB sizing? Thom
Browne's sizing is confusing, and in some ways just wrong. For
example, TB calls a TB3 a Large. They typically measure 15.5-34. No
other company calls that a Large. A TB3 is a Medium Extra Slim by
everyone else's standard.
5. What size should I order? I
give you the actual measurements of these shirts in dress shirt
sizing. Learn how to use dress shirt sizing, which is a neck-sleeve
measurement plus a measurement across the chest at armpit level. For
example a TB3 will typically be about 15.5-34, and 22 inches across the
chest. Almost every return I get on Thom Browne shirts is "Does not
fit, too small". If you are in doubt, order the larger size.
