If the shoe has any notable issues, the issue will be presented in the photos and disclosed in the condition description. However, we don't make a practice of offering flawed shoes unless they are very rare. We know it can be daunting to buy used shoes, and we want to be as transparent as possible so that you will be 100% comfortable with your transaction.

• All shoes are hand cleaned and/or sprayed with disinfectant to ensure freshness. EACH pair goes through rigorous inspection. Most leather dress shoes are shined complimentary.
