These shorts are in very good preowned condition and they come from a smoke free home.
The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex.
They are size 4/27, the inseam measures 2 inches, the rise is 9 1/2 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 16 inches across and stretches to about 19 inches across.
