“When will my items be dispatched?” 

All orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday. 

Next day delivery is available at checkout, if you just can’t wait. 

“When will my items arrive?”

Unless otherwise stated your order will be carried by the Royal Mail.

Below are the official Royal Mail estimates:

Royal Mail 2nd Class – 2 to 5 working days Royal Mail 1st Class – 1 to 3 working days Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® - Guaranteed to arrive the next day by 1pm, as long as we receive the order by 1pm.

With 11 years of experience in e-commerce we can tell you that these are only estimates, delivery can sometimes take a little longer. This is most noticeable at peak times like Christmas, Halloween & Valentines Day.

If you need your items by a certain date, please make sure you place your order in good time to ensure you have them exactly when you need them.

“What if there is problem with my order?”

We do everything in our power to make sure we only stock the highest quality products, all our items are packed with care to make sure they arrive with you in perfect condition.

In the rare occasion that your items arrive in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, or we will offer you a full refund if you prefer.

We have never received negative feedback from a customer who contacted us prior to leaving feedback.
