1. Are the wheels already built or come with separate parts?
KKE wheels will come to you exact same as pictures shown, they can fit on your bike plug and play with the right spacers matched.
2. What's the package included?
KKE wheels package contains one front and rear wheel, front and rear disc, a rear sprocket.
Inner spacer and bearing mounted, front and rear spacers needed for assembling.
3. Which are the right spacers for my bike?
KKE wheels are matched with papers for exact data, if you do not know which is the right spacer for you bike, please contact for help from KKE sellers.
Tell us the exact make year and model of your bike, we will help you out!
4. The wheels can not fit on my bike, what should I do?
Please contact us if the wheels can not fit well on your bike, and tell us the exact make year and model of your bike.
Then tell us your questions like why they can not fit or send us some pictures to show the exact problems.
5. Is there any guarantee for the KKE wheels set?
Yes, we have one year warranty for the wheels set(The hubs, rims, spokes and nipples).
But once the wheels are damaged by unreasonable riding, we can just provide free aftersale service. So, please cherish every wheels set you have!
6. What should I do if I want to return the wheels?
Please message us first before open a return case. Once the return accepted, the money will be refunded after we get the wheels back.
