The processing time before your wig ships out is up to 4 business days.

Please allow an additional  4-6 business days for your unit to arrive to you! Please plan to allow a total of up to 12 business days before your order arrives at your place of residence if you are a US customers. In most cases, your package will arrive quicker but please plan to allow for this total time in case it does not. You may upgrade to priority mail for a quicker transit time.

International customers please allow a total time between 11-21 business days before your order arrives to you! You may upgrade to priority international shipping for quicker transit time.

Our cut-off time for shipments is 4 P.M. Eastern Time. Otherwise, packages will go out the next business day. Shipments will be arranged by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL or FEDEX depending on your package's weight. Once your item ships, you'll be sent tracking information through Ebay

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, returns are not accepted. Please ensure to view all photos and ask any questions you may have before purchasing!
