Fabric has 140" length and width 60"  - fabric is neat and clean and has been folded up in Nona's sewing tote for decades - small spot as shown in last photo probably from outer folded layer being expose to something - may or may not was out - fabric is new so I did not attempt to wash it - non smoking household exactly as shown
