Fabulous Full Skirted Sleeveless Evening Dress from St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, vintage 1980's, by JAVA WRAPS and Made in Indonesia.  Mom loved to go to the Java Wraps store, and no vacation to St. Croix was complete without some new shorts, or a top, or a dress!

The 100% Cotton fabric is fabulous handcrafted batik: blue with swooping Birds and subtle Flowers.  It is Women's Size Large and prefect for an evening out in any tropical paradise! It has a matching 36" belt, and best of all the dress has pockets! 2 slash pockets are invisible in the side seams just below the elastic waist. The full skirt makes the dress have beautiful motion. It is sewn from 8 panels. The sewing and handiwork are excellent.
