This notepad cover perfectly fits a Jr. Legal notepad (5"x 8"). There is a slip pocket and a card pocket on the left side as well as an elestic band in the middle to hold a pen or marker. The edges are coated, painted, and sealed. It measures approximately 8 1/2" tall x 6 1/4" wide.
