Condition is Decent, somewhere about Very Good/ Fine. The matte cover finish is unmarred . There is soiling from handling on the right edge.  There is a small1/4" tear on the right edge of the cover.  Lower right corner has chipping and there are chips along the bottom edge.  Spine is decent and solid.  Pages are supple and off white. The back cover has light soiling. 

Most of these have portraits of stars that are removable and frameable.
