- Tags, stickers, or packaging are removed or damaged
- The item has been opened or used, reducing its value
- The product is returned without its original packaging
- A shipping label is attached directly to the product box (not the outer shipping box)
- The item is custom-made or limited edition, produced after your order confirmation
Return Window:
