The product is a rare Holo design Delta Aura card featuring the character Latios. This card has a mirror card to collect featuring LATIAS, the red version with opposite powers but similar origins in a Lab. 

I am the original owner of almost every card in my collection book! This card has only been out of the sleeve handful of times for pictures to send and post for online offers. 
 
I purchased the pack that contained this card over 10 years ago and immediately added it to my collection book. 

LATIOS is a rare catchable Pokémon in the games but is optional to some of the game plots however the origins of LATIOS and LATIAS give a unique insight into the types of experiments that humans attempted to perform on existing Pokemon,  or even trying to create entirely new ones…

This EX Delta Species card has a multi-color design with an HP of 80 and was manufactured in 2005 by The Pokémon Company in Japan. Illustrated by Ryo Ueda, this collectible card is in near mint or better condition and belongs to the EX specialty set, making it a sought-after addition to any collector's deck.
