All items are shipped with UPS, Canada Post, USPS or Fedex (depending on the shipping speed). In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours-48 hours after receiving your payment (not including weekends and holidays) . Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy. Inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly . We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial number that do not match our records will be refused.
