HOW TO USE

COOKING:

This is a time-honoured cooking fat. Used for frying and baking. Can replace most cooking oils. The flavour ranges from buttery to beefy depending on environmental and seasonal factors.

NATURAL HAIR & BEAUTY: 

This pure, nourishing, nutrient dense fat is also perfect for cosmetic applications for face, body and hair. Tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E & K, stearic acid and other skin and hair loving nutrients, making it ideal for DIY skincare and haircare formulations such as balms, butters, moisturisers, soaps and more. Its delightfully creamy texture and deep conditioning properties make it a favourite for natural beauty formulations.

STORAGE

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store in the fridge after opening to ensure freshness. Use a clean dry spoon.

In some cases the tallow process can create a more oily tallow, which is a result of the different melting temperatures of the various kinds and amounts of different fatty acids in the tallow. Other times the tallow can be more homogenous and a firmer texture.  Sometimes the tallow may smell more beefy, other times it may be more mild. Occasionally tallow can have a "beefy" scent, which results from a higher amount of meat naturally attached to the fat during rendering.  The colour can vary due to on the natural differences in the fat, depending on factors such as the animal's diet and the natural environment. Please always keep in mind if you are buying a 100% natural product such as 100% pure tallow, there is always going to be some seasonal variation. These variations are expected due to the natural origins of our tallow and should not be seen as a defect. Please note that we do not offer refunds for these natural differences as they are to be expected. 

Postage and Handling

We are located in Sydney, Australia and ensure quick 1 business day handling so that you can receive your product as soon as possible. For this product, we use Australia Post standard parcel service (with tracking) or a range of couriers through Sendle (with tracking) and delivery takes approximately 1 to 6 business days after dispatch. Which method of postage used will be determined by available services to your address and which service is determined to be the fastest and most suitable.

Natural Beauty Products cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If Australia Post or the courier has marked your item as "delivered", unfortunately Natural Beauty Products cannot take responsibility for the item after that point. If you have any concerns for your item being left if not home, please choose the option for 'signature on delivery' so that you will be required to sign for it and it will not be left unattended at your premises. Otherwise, by using the FREE Shipping option you are agreeing to your item possibly being left unattended by Australia Post if you are not home to accept the delivery. If you choose ‘’signature on delivery’ at checkout please also leave us a note so it alerts us to this.

 Return and Refund Policy 

Natural Beauty Products Return and Refund Policy is very simple: If there is a fault with your purchase we will assist you with a quick and easy resolution. Items must remain unopened, not used and returned in original packaging. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. All products are inspected for faults prior to shipping. If there is a fault when received please provide us with photo evidence ASAP (or within 14 days). Please contact us through eBay messages within 14 days with the following:

1.   A description of the fault.

2.   If the item has leaked or appears to be damaged in transit. Please keep all the packaging and provide us with clear photos of the damage to the product, damage to the packaging and any other photos to demonstrate the issue.

3.   Clear photos

We will decide based on the following if you will need to request a return under your order (whereby we require the item to be sent back) or if we provide you with other options without the need to send it back, depending on the issue.

For change of mind purchases will not be accepted due to health and safety reasons.
