• Overloading or inclined lifting of heavy objects is strictly prohibited. The load-bearing capacity of the hanging point of this product shall not be less than 1.05 times its rated load. Before use, it is necessary to estimate the weight of the object to be lifted to ensure that it will not be overloaded.
• Before use, it is necessary to carefully check whether all parts of this product are intact, whether the transmission part and lifting chain have been fully lubricated, and whether the idling is normal and the braking is reliable. The transmission part should be regularly oiled to ensure lubrication and reduce wear, but lubricating oil should not seep into the friction rubber plate to prevent self-locking failure.
• During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to work or walk under heavy objects to avoid accidents. When operating, stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain to rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise, which can lift the heavy object; Pull the hand chain in reverse to slowly lower the heavy object. When pulling the hand zipper, the force should be even and gentle, and not too strong, to prevent the hand zipper from jumping or getting stuck.
• If it is necessary to stop the lifting operation midway, the hand zipper should be tied to the lifting chain to prevent self-locking failure due to prolonged time. If an abnormal increase in hand tension is found during use, it should be immediately stopped and checked to avoid violent pulling or increased manpower for hard pulling.
• If this product has been used for more than 3 months or has not been used for a long time, it should be disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and lubricated. For situations such as missing parts, structural damage, or severe wear and tear of components, they must be repaired or replaced before use.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
