Building is in very good condition, includes the Sesame Street iconic light pole, but the building is missing some of the signs

Box has some wear on the edges, rips, stains, and is in okay condition;

Tested and works perfectly fine;

Light cord and bulb will be included but maybe slightly different than the one pictured ( I will double check all light cords and bulbs and may have to switch them out prior to shipping).
