Our story started in 2023, when the wildly popular Pokémon 151 set was released. We met online and realized we lived in the same city. We started sharing stories of our passion for Pokémon and how we both started collecting again because of family.

Eventually our kids became friends and so did our families, hence the name Pokefam Collectibles.

We mainly specialize in buying and selling Pokémon Cards, but we look forward to expanding our services in the future.

We want to extend our passion for collecting Pokémon to our entire Pokémon family. We promise to deliver the same level of care with our services to everyone as we do with our own friends, and family.

Card Condition Criteria:

The item listed is the exact card shown in the title and, where applicable, in the images provided. If you notice any discrepancies between the title and image, please contact us before making a purchase.

Please note that we may use stock images, photos, or scans depending on the value and availability of the card. If a stock image is used, the card you receive may vary slightly in condition. When a photo or scan is used, you will receive the exact card shown.

While we aim to accurately represent all wear or imperfections, some details may not be fully visible due to camera limitations or lighting conditions. We recommend reviewing the condition listed in the title and comparing it with our condition guide below. We?re happy to provide additional images upon request.

Please be aware that we are not professional graders, and condition assessments can be subjective. In cases where a card?s condition falls between two grades, we may list both for clarity.

Condition Guide:

• Near Mint (NM): May have very minor imperfections such as faint scratches, slight edge wear, print lines, minor miscuts, or centering issues. Cards labeled "Mint" are generally considered Near Mint unless stated otherwise.
  
  

• Lightly Played (LP): Noticeable wear including surface scratches, light edge wear, small indents, or minor corner dings.
  
  

• Moderately Played (MP): More prominent signs of wear such as deeper scratches, edge wear, moderate indents, slight bends, or fraying at the corners.
  
  

• Heavily Played (HP): Significant wear, including large scratches, creases, fraying edges, or visible surface damage.
  
  

• Damaged (DMG): Severe damage such as heavy creases, tears, stains, writing, or missing sections.

Shipping Details:

• Free Untracked Shipping: Available on all cards <$30.

• Tracked Shipping: All graded cards will be shipped with tracking. Additionally, any order over $30 CAD will require tracked shipping. Any cards below $30 will have a tracked shipping option available.

We combine shipping! For combined shipping discounts, please wait for an invoice before paying. Send us a message if you have an invoice concern or to request a combined shipping refund.

All items are generally shipped within two business days, and tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay. Please allow three business days before inquiring about your tracking information.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review the item details carefully before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
