Up for your consideration is a stunning framed oil on wood painting by Gottfrid Olsson from 1935. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This painting has been displayed in my beach house for many years. It was professionally framed at a cost of $600 at the Old Town Frame Gallery. It’s a stunning piece. This is a beautiful original oil painting by Gottfrid Olsson, a Swedish artist active in the Art Deco period. The painting depicts a surrealistic landscape and is signed and dated 1935. It is professionally framed and handmade on wood, measuring 28 inches in length, 24 inches in height, and 2 inches in width including the frame.
