30days warranty in store

30 days free return applies only on :

Factory defective, non functional items, not at buyer’s fault.

(While all of our items are new and tested before shipping, it is very unlikely that you will receive a defective item.)

Those items can be returned by contacting the seller within 30days with a free shipping label provided by the seller.

30 days free return doesn’t apply to cases with buyer’s remorse, doesn’t fit to the vacuum for which it was purchased and any other reasons.

Defective and damaged packages must be reported within 3 bus. days.

No free returns applies in case of buyer’s misuse of the item.

If the reported defective and non functional items are actually not defective and functional,

then there will be fees accessed and deducted from the total refund amount.

In case of fraudulent returns, like a returned item’s S/N nr. doesn’t match or a physically different not sold items are returned with no Ebay sales related reason, a minimum of 25% or more of the total value with both ways shipping costs will be deducted from the Total amount.
