This vintage book is still a nice readable collectible even though there's some staining to top of book's pages.  I have shown in one photo what the worst of the staining looks like.  As you can see none of the staining has covered the print so it's still quite readable.  Owner's name is on a sticker in front.  Binding is still secure.  There are some spots on the book's cover as well.  Please check photos carefully.  I will immediately ship to you from my smoke free home.
