Absolutely stunning! I have not seen another piece like this so unsure of artist. It appears to be painted ceramic tiles formed to create a heart. It measures approximately 8x6x2 3/4”. It can be hung on a wall or is free standing. Please see photos for detail and thank you for your interest!
