4. Buyers themselves track their parcel on the website of the shipping company, and correspond/negotiate with it in case of delay in delivery or questions to you. It will be better if you tell them how best to contact you by phone or e-mail.
5. We do not process any customs documents, because we do not have access to them and your personal data, eBay does this after you complete the purchase. We recommend that you immediately indicate your working contact numbers and e-mail so that you can be contacted. As a rule, the courier/customs service sends a message only once, and if you miss it, your parcel remains in the warehouse on demand.
6. The transport company may ask you to identify yourself, such as sending them a copy of your passport or driving licence. Without such confirmation, the parcel will remain in the warehouse of the transport company. Make sure that messages from the courier company do not get into your "spam" or "garbage" folder.
7. Before buying, the buyer must notify us that he wants to insure his parcel for its full cost. Otherwise, the transport company insures the parcel at the specified minimum price in the general offer agreement. We also bear responsibility only for the amount of insurance provided by the transport company, but no more than it. Take care in advance of transferring the required amount to us for the surcharge of insurance.
8. It is possible to send you your order as a gift or sample of parts, or from a private person to a private person as personal belongings to minimize or optimize customs payments.
9. Due to the ban on sending liquids across the border, we do not send oil and other liquids outside of UNITED KINGDOM.
10. Goods sold at a discount or at a special price are not refundable.
