This is a pattern from Vogue for size 8, 10 or 12.   It is an American design from Kasper that was made in 1987.  The bias cut draped top and wrap style skirt (this is a dress, not two pieces) pattern is uncut, but the owner did not get the label from the sewing counter when she purchased so it is  not included.   Winner to pay shipping.  I accept Paypal.
