The quality of my bags speaks for itself, and I don't cut corners when it comes to the added shoulder straps. I only use high-grade men's belts to ensure that the straps are not only strong but comfortable, too. This leather is reminiscent of the equestrian leather halter straps that are used to handle powerful horses. And if that's not enough, I also incorporate half-centimeter thick mooseskin into many of my designs. Nothing wimpy here - just quality and character that will stand the test of time, even under the most rugged of lifestyles.

Invest in a bag that will only get better with time, as the leather acquires marks and wear that adds to its unique charm. Not all leather bags are created equal, and my collection is proof of that. It's supposed to look better with age, reflecting the journey that it has been on with its owner.

What I love about this old bag. First it was made right here in America by Linda & Larry Avery in their studio in Oregon. Best I could see, it looks like Linda is still living and making leather goods but not briefcases. These are extremely hard to find. 

I like the distressed look of the British Tan leather. It is unlined; my favorite. It has a unique clamp-style closure that I am very fond of. It is closed but really easy to access your 14" Mac or iPad Pro – There is nothing to unlatch to get to your stuff; it's great; you simply open it.

I love the inside separate section and the outside pocket for your phone etc.

This bag is not for beginners!  It has "seasoned veteran" written all over it. I imagine someone like a college student or a business professional who appreciates the rugged and vintage look taking this to a meeting. It is sure to get comments and compliments.  It is unlined leather; this is very rare these days.  Coach, JW Hulme, and even TUMI line their bags with poly nylon cloth these days.  It is really rare to find a bag at upscale retailers that is unlined.  In my opinion; unlined is so much better and lasts so much longer.

This bag has been beautifully distressed by real people over many years.  Not by machines.  It got distressed by being loved till it got to me.  I have taken the time to recondition the leather.

This bag fits my iPad Pro 12.9 very nicely. Measurements of the 12.9 are in inches: 12.04 x 8.69 x .27 for your reference. No need to carry large rolling bags anymore. Now with our tech (tablets and small laptops) getting smaller, we can carry vintage style bags instead of the "run-of-the-mill" bags being produced in the 21st century. 

As shown in the photos: This bag fits my mock-up wooden MacBook Pro 2019  with the measurements of 13.75" x 9.48" x Thickness 0.61"  It may fit a bit larger laptop so please contact me if you want me to measure for your specific laptop.

I have this listed as a Men's bag but any woman who appreciates rugged leather goods could make this work for that perfect rugged look.
