Concept and Design
For years Seaspin Project, the design section of Seaspin brand, sought to design a model that would satisfy the high standards required by the brand and differed from the classical form of the “swimmer” poppers.” None of the various models considered, however, had the same quality of innovation, swimming peculiarity and efficiency of catches which showed Toto 131. The name comes from Antonio Crasà, Toto for friends, Seaspin staff member, who had the first idea and built the first wooden prototype that started the entire process of design and implementation of the model. A simple hole that however involves an important innovation in the world of baits.
