NOTE: Make sure you understand how to connect the V2 to your laptop before purchasing. Please follow the connection scheme below:

Laptop PC Port Requirement: USB-C *1 (Full Functionality or Thunderbolt)

1: Use a USB C to USB C cable to connect your laptop's USB-C (Full Functionality or Thunderbolt) port to the Type-C port on the V2 monitor.

2: Use the USB C power adapter to power the V2 monitor.

If the output signal from the laptop is unstable or the signal cannot be displayed, connect the laptop to a power source.

Note: For less configured laptops or M-chip laptops, if the device cannot be recognized or you cannot use the single line dual screen, you need to open the manual to download the driver or scan the QR code on the manual to install it.
