This MCM twisted cane lamp is in excellent, undamaged condition with very light wear. No loose parts or scuffs, very sturdy. Tested and working. This lamp measures 18 inches tall including the lamp socket, and 8 inches wide.  The bottom is covered in burgundy felt. There is no shade. I would say this is Tiki style, but I have seen similar examples that were 1960's Italian imports, made of reed cane from wetlands.
