Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company.
If goods prove to be damaged contact AH SPARES as soon as possible.
In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, please message us. Collection can then be arranged.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, AH SPARES must be contacted and the part returned to us within 28 days at the cost of the customer.

Every part is security‑marked; tampering voids the warranty.
Check goods on delivery. If damaged, write “DAMAGED” beside your signature so we can claim against the courier.
If we supply an incorrect or faulty part, notify us immediately for a replacement (if in stock) or refund.
If you ordered the wrong part, return it at your expense; the 20 % restock fee still applies.
