These are new but might have minor shelf wear but have never been installed.

Plase note you need a tire installation tool to install these. They are hard and maybe not possible to install them without the tool. You can also take them to most bike shops and have them install them for you. YOUR RIM MUST BE THE TYPE THAT HAS A HOLE FOR A AIR VALVE (CLINCHER  (hook) RIM). I don't think they are not that kind.
