This fine brooch is a true treasure from the Georgian era. It is made from 9ct gold featuring a 1.5ct cornflower blue sapphire flanked by moonstones on each side set in silver drums . crafted from 9ct yellow gold and featuring a stunning natural sapphire and four cabochon moonstones with a hue of blue.

It is 4.5cm long by 6mm wide and weighs 4.5 grams.
