As our customer, we provide 3 different shipping options that you may choose for your convenience. Please understand that by giving you this choice, should any issues arise, it is the responsibility of the customer who chose the carrier and service, to contact the carrier to resolve their complaint. We, the seller, are not liable for any shipping-related delays, tracking interruptions, etc... As such we promise you the following:
- FAST SHIPPING: Your item will be delivered to the carrier of your choice within 1 business day
- RETURN TO SENDER (RTS): If for any reason the item is RTS, you will be responsible for purchasing a new label to re-ship the item. If unwilling to re-ship the item, the original cost of the label will be deducted from any refund provided
We offer free 30 day returns on all of our products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund as long as it is unused, in its original box and includes all original accessories. Simply go to your purchases, find our item and select the option to return from the drop-down menu. Any false return will be charged shipping both directions and have the account reported to ebay for abuse. Any items returned opened, damaged and/or missing components, will be charged fees up to the maximum permitted by ebay.
