This is an White, White Core Mount Not a Frame. The Surface colour is
White and has a smooth finish.

This is standard 14-play matboard that has been buffered, which means the centre and the backing paper have been treated with calcium to neutralize pH level, with enough left over to provide an alkaline reserve, to help protect against future acid problems. But, because buffering delays but does not prevent deterioration, this board is not suitable for conservation framing and is intended for use of decorative arts only.

Mounts are made and cut in UK by our professional picture framer’s. We cut all sizes from a 32”x42” board (813x1200mm) with our
computer mount board cutter.
The board has specialist coatings are water based, fully recyclable and
compostable, and contain no metallic pigments or plastic. All base papers and
boards are from renewable sources or post-consumer recycled waste, and Forest
Stewardship Council® certified.

supplied are external mount board size and openings (cut 2mm smaller all round
so there is an overlap)
The
exception is the 3x3" Sample Board which is available for colour

This
listing provides outside sizes from 6x4" 152x102mm up to 70x50cm 700x500mm.
This
listing provides outside sizes in Inches and in 'A' and in Centimeters.
We
provide opening cut 2mm smaller all round to give an overlap on your artwork,
in various sizes in 'A' sizes, and Inches.
We cut on
a computer mount cutter that is calibrated using a calibrated metal ruler and
cut to order.
We accept
a tolerance of 0.5mm we check weekly.
Please be
aware there are different types of measuring devises in the home and work, a
ruler, a retractable tape measure, a seamstress tape measure and a laser
measure, these devises can be out of calibration by up to 3mm.

White comes as standard but Antique White, Ivory, Red, Black, Dark Blue, Light/

provide a 3x3” 76x76mm sample for £1.99 so that if you want to colour match or
confirm the colour or shade.

All our boards are supplied flat-packed.
Free Postage:
If you select the free postage option, we will send your items if you have selected single mount 6x8 inch outside or below, we would send Royal mail 2nd letter. 9x11” and A4 or smaller via RM2nd class LL or letter (Royal Mail 48hr Large Letter) which is 2 to 5 day working days delivery time. This comes with proof of postage and proof of delivery only and is not a fully tracked service. 5-10 packs or more depending on weight will be sent Evri standard 2-5 days with full tracking
If you have selected the 10x10” or larger up to 16x20” via Evri which is 2 to 3 day working days delivery time and full tracking, However some items over 2kg may be sent Royal mail 48.
If you have selected larger than 16x20” your parcel will be sent Evri standard 2-5 days fully tracked service.
Addition postage options:
For additional charges we will send an item fully tracked or guaranteed 24 hours please see the postage option in the checkout. We use DHL or Royal Mail for this service depending on weight and size.
There are additional charges for Scotland, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.
For international orders we use e-Bays Global Shipping Program. For customers purchasing from sites other than our UK site, we would ask that you kindly message us to confirm you have placed an international order. This assists us in ensuring your item is wrapped and packed specific to that shipping method.
If your order has not turned up by the delivery period provided, please check your order on eBay as every item sent will have a tracking number uploaded onto eBay. This will provide you with updates and the courier. Royal Mail services will only update if a delivery has been attempted. However, we have had issues with Royal Mail not leaving a card or updating their delivery attempt, which can mean your parcel could be waiting at your local depot for collection so you may have to take the tracking number and ID there to collect.
All Other services should give you tracking and a time window for delivery including text updates.

Returns
& Guarantee:
We
absolutely and unconditionally guarantee all our products. In the unlikely
event, that your order is not what your ordered, please message us and we will
investigate. Our products are packaged very securely, but in the unlikely event
of transit damage, please notify us immediately. Very occasionally, despite our
best efforts, glass does get broken in transit. If this occurs, we will replace
the glass by sending you Framers Perspex. We would ask that you kindly attach a
photo of any damaged items and packaging within 30 days in order that we may
claim the cost back from our courier.
Unfortunately,
due to buyer's not reading this description and that all mounts are cut to
order we can only accept returns for damaged in transit or not the size or
quantity sent (however we will always send replacement first to fulfil the
order) We also cannot exchange any orders when the buyer has ordered the wrong
size or colour. You will need to return and reorder.
If you
change your mind about your order, we offer a 60-day return policy. The mount
must be returned in the original packaging. Return postage costs will be at the
buyer’s cost. If not returned in original packaging, you risk damage to the
mount and your refund.
