Good condition with no slop movement up and down and very tight from side to side. Has small amount of surface rust and needs to be cleaned. Should be usable after a thorough cleaning. Inside crank bearings are gummed up. Set rings shown in picture are not included. Sold as parts only. Thanks. Jim
