Monterey Cypress (Cupressus macrocarpa)
Another Domestic Exotic wood. Light weigh and stiff with silky smooth texture. Very similar to Spanish Cypress (SC) both visually and tone production. Loud and clear ringing taptone. Very pleasant aroma that will last for years. Absolutely top notch musical instruments wood.
